Shipping and Returns Policy

Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to read the contents of our products in detail before purchasing. If you have any doubt about the contents of our product. You can ask at admin@elitesarms.com before making a purchase.

Buying the product means that you have read the specifications of the product and know what you are buying before you purchase. That you agree with our Shipping and Returns Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of the company Elite Sarms.


Shipping and Handling

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of this which also contains the tracking code for your order. This can be checked at:

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm, Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock and the amount of orders processed that day. 

We use FedEx Express as our primary provider, with USPS for domestic shipping within the United States ($6.98) along with the option of Express Domestic Shipping ($20) which is next day delivery anywhere in the USA.

Our International Shipping option is 3-5 business days world-wide granted no border delays. For international deliveries, note that the expected delivery dates can change when customs are inspecting any parcels.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct along with an email address you currently monitor incase we need to make contact in reference to your order. 

 


Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement according to the Order Tracking designating the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. This will be identified on your tracking. If you order Tracking states “Delivered” yet you have not received your order, please first check with your local post office. After you have checked with your local post office and your order was not send there please contact us as admin@elitesarms.com

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of Elite Sarms, we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery.

Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items at your local post office in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to the Third Party Postage companies Terms and Conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

 


Lost/Stolen Packages

We regret that we will not be held responsible for any packages that are either lost or stolen once the tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered. Members assume all responsibility for any orders placed once the tracking information indicates that the package is out for delivery and once delivered successfully.

 


Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our key focus; thus, we constantly strive to deliver industry leading service and products right to your doorstep.

We regret we DO NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the order you purchased is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at admin@elitesarms.com with the details of the product defects and photographic evidence. Please note that claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Photographic evidence is required for verification.

We will notify you by e-mail if your claim is approved and the next steps to receiving your new item(s). Also, if your claim is approved, we are happy to provide you with your choice of either receiving a replacement, or keeping the item and receiving a store credit issued to your account of up to 50% of the original price of the defective product, to be used on your next purchase.
