Scientists Discovered 4 Patterns of Ageing: Which Type Are You?

We all age differently. While we use chronological age as a marker for developmental milestones, physical changes and susceptibility to health risks, our biological age is unique to each of us and does not always accompany our chronological age.

Researchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine have identified mechanisms for aging through a new study that categorized how humans age into different classes dubbed “ageotypes.”

This classification system is based on the molecular changes that occur in each individual over time, and could potentially offer insight into why people experience age-related diseases differently.

The 4 Types of Aging

As Stanford researchers have discovered recently, people age along four biological processes in their bodies: metabolic, hepatic (liver), immunological, and nephrotic (kidney).

People who are metabolic agers, for example, may be more likely to develop diabetes as they age, or exhibit indicators of raised hemoglobin A1c, a test to show blood sugar levels. Metabolic aging leads to many cardiovascular diseases.

Whereas individuals with hepatic aging may develop acute liver damage, non-alcoholic fatty liver, or a progressive dysfunction as a result of aging-related decline in mitochondrial activity. Milk Thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) are some of the best supplements to support liver health.

For both metabolic and hepatic ageotypes, an ideal supplement would be Elite Sarms Hyper Lean (SR9009). As a REV-ERB agonist, it raises the basal metabolic rate and controls energy balance, by modifying the expression of genes related to lipid and glucose metabolism.

Clinical studies also show that daily intake of SR9009 reduces adipose tissue accumulation, improves cholesterol metabolism in the liver, and boosts mitochondrial synthesis (the cell’s powerhouse) for the healthy functioning of tissues and organs.

People with an immune ageotype, on the other hand, may produce more inflammatory markers or be more susceptible to immunological-related disorders as they age. The increased susceptibility of the elderly to infectious diseases is caused by immune dysfunction, particularly T cell and B-cell functional decline- your body’s main artillery to fight harmful microbes.

Taking a daily dose of probiotics was discovered to greatly improve the immune system. Cannabichromene (CBC), the latest cannabinoid that’s taking the health industry by storm, has potent antibacterial effects and is effective against a wide range of bacteria and fungi. CBC was revealed to help combat both staph and E. coli in study findings.

Another study conducted in Italy and the United Kingdom found that CBC and CBD, along with other cannabinoids, were just as efficient against MRSA, a bacterium that causes catastrophic infections. These cannabinoids were even thought to be as potent as antibiotics, like Vancomycin!

Nephrotic aging is characterized by decreasing kidney function, which appears as decreased blood flow, a diminished capacity to filter blood caused by a decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR), ischemia due to stiffening of the blood vessels, and the frequency of urinary infections.

One research showed that Recombinant human GH (rHGH), acting via insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), increases glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and renal plasma flow (RPF) in GH-deficient as well as in normal adults. By administering Biotropin® HGH as part of your anti-aging routine, it will ensure that your kidneys will function optimally even when you’re past your prime.

The emergence of “ageotypes” is a groundbreaking trend in the field of aging. Scientists are now discovering that biological age is more important than how old you actually are. Moreover, the application of ‘biomarkers’ as a measure of an individual’s health status offers new perspectives into an extension of lifespan so you don´t die young, but stay biologically younger!
